GREYLIGHT PROJECTS platform for arts & culture Hey, hai, hoi, Posted Agenda We nodigen u graag uit voor het volgende: Wir möchten Sie zu den folgenden Veranstaltungen einladen: We would like to invite you to the following: Nous vous invitons à participer aux événements suivants: Open call: research residency Performing Landscapes 2024 deadline: 15-03.24 Description:  Open call for two residencies of three months (May-July 2024) in the context of the cross border performance festival Performing Landscapes that will occur the 7th of September in Liège (BE). The residency is a co-production by Greylight Projects, platform for art and culture in Heerlen (NL) and Art Au Centre, non-profit organization for contemporary art in Liège (BE). The residency takes place in the framework of the performance art festival "Performing landscapes 2024" initiated by Very Contemporary, a network between different art spaces and museums in the border region of the Euregio-Meuse-Rhine.  The residency invites artists to reflect on the particularities of the Euregio-Meuse-Rhine region and its landscapes, exploring new perspectives on the particular urban and rural territories in the border triangle. De thematiek van Pharmakon draait namelijk rondom spirituele praktijken. Er worden bijvoorbeeld werken van kunstenaars getoond die zich bezighouden met een zoektocht naar betekenis, verbondenheid, zingeving, of op een eigen manier realiteit bevragen of actief naar hun eigen hand draaien. Als aanvulling hierop wil Zoef graag het podium openen voor makers die een onderzoekende houding hebben richting rituelen. Rituelen worden vaak verbonden aan spiritualiteit of religie, maar kunnen ook alledaags zijn, zoals het poetsen van je tanden. Wij zijn benieuwd naar jouw visie op rituelen, of welke betekenis ze hebben in jouw leven of omgeving. Op vrijdag 29 maart om 19:00  zal er een publieksmoment zijn waarop de video's vertoond worden.
